Delta Module 3
The Delta Module 3 is the final module of the Diploma in English Language Teaching to Adults (DELTA) course offered by the University of Cambridge. It is designed for experienced English language teachers who wish to further develop their knowledge and skills in a specific area of English language teaching. The Delta Module 3 is an independent research project that requires trainees to investigate a specific area of English language teaching in depth. Trainees are required to identify an area of interest, conduct research, and produce a written assignment that critically reflects on their findings. The research project encompasses many components, including a traditional academic essay, a teaching resource or materials, or a research report. The project is assessed based on its content, clarity, and coherence, as well as the extent to which it demonstrates the trainee's ability to apply English language teaching theory and principles in practice. The Delta Module 3 is a flexible program that can be completed either online or through face-to-face instruction with guidance from an institution, however, candidates are able to submit their paper through an authorized institution without taking a M3 course.
